• The method returns the subtotal amount of the item.
• Normally, the subtotal will be   :   quantity     x    price.
• However, if the quantity is >= 100, it will provide a 5% off discount.
• If the quantity is >= 250, the discount will be 8% off.

 

2. Write  method named avgPrice to be called in line 11, which accepts a double array named amt, returns the average value
