A- Analyze the unnormalized data; normalize the data into multiple tables with 1-to-many relationships and identify the primary and foreign keys and the relationship type using an entity-relationship diagram; build the table structure in the design view and designate the primary key field(s); establish the relationships and enforce referential integrity; create forms for input into each table or use the worksheet view to input data into the tables; create queries

based on criteria using the query design view; create reports based on either tables and/or queries using the report wizard.

B.
