The GROW model is a simple method for goal setting and problem solving. 360-degree feedback provides an individual with a broad assessment of their performance based on the view of those who have a stake in their performance, such as supervisor/boss, reporting staff members, co-workers, customers, suppliers, etc. Most 360-degree feedback tools are also responded to by each individual in a self-assessment.
