The Habib Construction Company, in charge of the twin cities metro bus project since 2014, has estimated that the heavy construction equipment needs to be reconditioned every two years. It is their estimate that the total costs will amount to Rs. 300 million, of which Rs 200 million will be for parts and Rs 100 million for the cost of labor of their employees. In their proposal, the directors are urging the creation of a provision for the next reconditioning, which is due after two years in 2022
