The Human Resources Plan is well utilized throughout the professional workplace. The major factor that employees favor is the rewards incentive. This will give them the motivation to work towards improving and bettering their professional development. In return, the company will have attained a more valuable employee that can offer more to the company than somebody that lacks those particular skills. A good example of this is a deeper educational background such as an MBA or Professional Engineers license. Companies are willing to pay higher wages to more skilled and knowledgeable employees. Another incentive that many companies favor is the harder work ethic. If an employer notices a strong work ethic from a certain employee then they would be more prone to promoting that person to a position with more responsibility. What are your thoughts?
