The idea is to develop an online platform where users will be able to fix appointments with their desired personnel. Our idea includes doctors primarily in the desired personnel category but in order to ensure a massive amount of users we are thinking of including people from professions like law, government, and corporate high officials, etc. In order to ensure ease of operations, the user will be logging in using their phone number through OTP. After logging in, the user will select his client and select a time slot from the available vacant slots. In order to ensure the flexibility of the client, the client will have an admin account where hell be able to customize consultation time and slot per client. For example, in the case of a doctors appointment, the minimum time slot will be 5-10mins. The user must arrive at the chamber 15mins before his dedicated slot and ensure presence. Once the slots get filled, the app will allow a certain amount of users to apply for a waiting list serving on a first-come basis. If theres the absence of any user on time, the next user will be called and in order to fill this vacancy, an applicant from the waiting list will be called.
