The KIVA has recently noticed a decrease in attendance at the movies that they offer. They are concerned that their choice of movie offerings may not be appealing to the KSU student population, or that they may be experiencing the impact of a general decline in movie theater attendance due to the growth of the DVD/Streaming Video industry. They would like to better understand why their attendance is dropping so that they can take steps to reverse the trend. Based on the research questions you wrote in Assignment 1, create interview guides for interviews with two different groups of consumers - 1) KSU students who have attended KIVA movie nights and 2) KSU students who have not attended KIVA movie nights. You should be creating two different interview guides, but they can have questions in common. Think about which questions would be appropriate to ask both groups and which questions would only be appropriate for one group or the other.
