The Learning Contract is your finalized project plan for completing the on$-$the$-$job activities of your Workplace Learning experience. Based on your Learning Proposal, it establishes an educational goal and the activities that you will complete to reach that goal. The Learning Contract specifies what is needed for you to complete each activity and how the results of that activity will be documented and evaluated. It is the vehicle for managing your Workplace Learning experience. For specifics about the Learning Contract, first read the Learning Contract Description, found in the Course Resources eBook. You may also review a Learning Contract Example. Then to complete this assignment, you should work with your supervisor to refine your learning outcomes and goals for the workplace. You'll use the templates, the Learning Contract Cover Page $($PDF or WORD$)$ and the Learning Contract worksheet $($PDF or WORD$)$ also found in the Course Resources eBook. The rubric associated with this assignment is the same as the rubric for the Draft Learning Contract due at the end of week $2.$
