The management has successfully implemented the proposed learning and development strategy in task 2. It has been six months since implementation and the management has approached you (Learning and Development Consultant) again for reviewing organisational learning and development.

You have to review the organisation and present the findings and recommendations in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. There is no specific format, however, you must discuss the following while delivering the presentation:

1. How can you achieve systematic and productive liaising with different stakeholders including educators and learners to effectively monitor the learning strategies and resources?
2. What are the procedures to incorporate national policy and system changes into organisational learning and development?
3. What strategies can be used to modify or design learning resources and strategies to support implementation of improved learning policies and procedures?
4. What are the techniques to evaluate organisational learning strategy and review performance of resources?
5. Present a brief plan to improve organisational learning strategy formation.

During the presentation, you have to:
