1. The manager was helping all the customer service representative with their issues in solving the customer's queries. He helped them in the minor issues in solving the problem. But this way the service representatives were able to service the customer's in the front end more efficiently.
2. The service team is faced with the complex problem, he will get to the root of the problem and will show them the way on how to solve the problem. Complexities were never an issue for the team. He will show to process on how to accomplish it and his team will deliver it.
3. He was an excellent communicator. His communication was always two way. He will so listen to the problem that the front desk executives are facing in their real time basis. He will communicate on what needs to be done. He never communicates with the ambiguity in the process.
4. Honesty and integrity are the two characters of the leader. When he displays these two characters, his team will automatically listen to whatever he says. Even if they know that they are going to fail in the process, they will do it for their leader, because he is there to take care of them.
5. He will not leave any of the queries of the customer's unattended. He is a result oriented leader. He will not leave his team to be engaged in the wasteful activity.
6. He inspires and motivates other people to come up in their life. He will show a career path to all the employees in the organization. Based on this career path, all the employees who follow him can come up in the life.
