The needs that have been identified in this case is that the funds available are almost getting exhausted while the demand of the food have been increasing. The increased demand for food means that the resources required will also increase. Moreover, the organization have identified that there is the need to get more funds so as to keep the activities in the organization running. Apart from the funds, some of the needs that are required include volunteers, more space for storage, and more food donations. The organization agree that there is difficulty in getting volunteers to help the organization to carry out its activities.
