The new age and knowledge management have also brought changes in employee training. If once knowledge gained in school was enough for employment, that is no longer the case today. Today employees are expected to constantly upgrade and supplement their knowl- edge, gain new experience and skills, and help the employer to achieve the set goals. It is also expected that, when hiring, we will in- tegrate as quickly as possible into the work environment and, during the introduction and training, will acquire the necessary knowledge to work as independently as possible in the chosen job.
