You will need to give both sets of new employees the same basic information about your company, as well as information that is specific to their role as an HR generalist. Technology ExampleSocial Media: Describe how use of social media can increase employee engagement and improve retention. Consider ways that different types of social media resources can be used when hiring or communicating employee initiatives. Give examples of appropriate social media channels that can be used in the workplace.
