The next step is to complete Columns $3$ and $4$ of the Gap Analysis Matrix. As you complete this matrix, you must identify and document not only the barriers to successful completion and what is required to close the technical gap between current and desired states required for successful implementation, but you must also identify and document the human aspects that can be barriers and what is required to overcome them for successful implementation. This will create an intersection for integration with the Stakeholder Management Plan that HSS will need to produce for their project.
