The Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to examine whether there was a significant linear relationship between total daily snowfall and negative affect. Based on the analysis using SPSS, the results showed that there was a positive moderate and significant linear relationship between total daily snowfall and negative affect, r (19) = 0.644, p = 0.003. This implies that as the total daily snowfall increases, the negative affect also increases. Likewise, if the total daily snowfall decreases, the negative affect also reduces. However, the findings are limited to the fact that the sample used in this case was small, and hence, the results cannot be generalized to the target population
