The process is for the creation of coffee production.  Start with inputs to the factory that would be required for the coffee and create a linear process with at least 4 processes. Processes could include sorting, roasting, grinding, packaging, etc..  This is just a partial list of the processes that could be included, use your imagination on the steps.

You will create an initial map for the process listed above.  It should include all the detail outlined in this module, including:

• Deliveries from Supplier
• Process
• Process Metrics
• Inventory
• Data flows
• Deliveries to Customer

This should be an end-to-end diagram.  You should include detail on the delivery at each end, the inventories and the processes.  Remember to put the process data and inventory data below the diagrams. Do in lucidchart as it will be formatted correctly and all required symbols are available.
