The Project: How can we roll with the changes? (GRP) Activity 1: Plan Integration Management. Refer to the "Plan Integration Management" process in the PMBOK and discuss within your project team. Create a 1 to 2 page Integrated change control process document, and create it in such a way that it can be used as a template for future projects. Also, create a brief set of guidelines for using the template so that together, the template and the guidelines form an integrated change control policy for future projects. Activity 2: Change Control Process. Using the integrated change control process created in Activity 1, create a simple organization chart for a change control board. On this chart, include policies for resolving conflict in change request evaluation decisions as well as the escalation process for conflict as well as for sponsor approval for high-impact change requests. Activity 3: Control Board Operation. Document the process your team followed to develop your integrated change control process and change control board operation and responsibilities. Your documentation effort will result in a 1 to 2 page template to be used in future projects
