This week you create the initial project plan (draft 1) based on the previously selected project idea. For this assignment, identify the criteria intended to enable the selection of approach and needed to break up the work into appropriate silos of activity. Writ 2-4 pags

Instructions:

1. Introduce the project
2. Criteria of selection - that is, what will you use to perform the project in terms of resources? Outsource to contractors or contracting firms? Perform all work in-house? A hybrid of both options?
3. Initial work schedule - creat an initial work schedule based on the criteria. As part of this schedule, a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) chart will be developed and included in the paper as a diagram.
4. Communication Schedule - it should be based on shareholders.

By understanding the project at this level of detail better ensures that the project will actually correct the problem and will be successfully executed.
