The project management process. Developing a project plan is part of this process. Why does it make sense to develop a plan rather than just "wing it." When you are under pressure you may be tempted to do this, but if it were your project what would you do to keep the project going as planned. There are no right or wrong answers here, but I would like you think about it as if you were in the middle of a project and you are starting to feel the pressure to keep the project on-track.
