The project managers primary role is to:

a. Balance project constraints to achieve project objectives, deliver value to the business, and meet stakeholder expectations.

b. Negotiate salary increases and better working conditions for the project team.

c. Ensure that the project outcome is profitable and exceed stakeholders expectations.

d. Regularly report project progress and solve/fix all problems that the team may experience during the project.
