The project objective will be to plan, purchase, and install a self$-$sufficient microgrid of solar Photovoltaic panels, battery storage devices, and a smart energy management system that will provide clean reliable energy to an underserved rural community. $$produce a project Procurement Strategy. The Procurement Strategy will define how procurements will be planned, executed, and managed throughout the life of the project. The Procurement Strategy is prepared during the planning process phase of your project. The proposed audience is the project manager, project team, project sponsor, procurement manager, and$/$or contract manager, and any senior leaders whose support is needed to carry out acquisition plans. The Procurement Strategy must contain, Business Problem, Applicable Assumption, Delivery Method and Performance$-$Period Requirements, Contract Type and Procurement Phases.
