Assume you are Ridge Schuyler and you believe the organization needs a better governance structure. You hear this from numerous stakeholders, especially potential funders who want greater assurance the money they provide will be spent in appropriate ways. You decide to create a Board of Directors. As discussed in class, there are 3 different types of Boards Working, Governance Only and the Mixed Model. Although you believe a Mixed Model is perhaps the best option for the long term, you want clear roles and responsibilities up front and have decided to chose a simple approach. Do you believe the Working Board OR the Governance Only Board is the best model at this time. You must pick one of these options. Explain your response and ensure this is in your own words.
