Joseph Lortan, Gymo' financial controller, estimated the project's budget to be around $100,000. Project Requirements: 1. Form groups of 4 to 5 people and appoint a leader for each. 2. Students are required to initiate the project by completing the given Project Charter. 3. According to all given mobile App's features, students are required to plan for the project's scope, time, cost, people, risk, and communication and document all the planning in the form of the following documents: a.
