The student services process improvement team for the State University decided it needed to try and find likely root causes for the undesirably long telephone wait time.

Develop an Ishikawa Diagram about this issue - ensure you have at least some smaller "bones" of the fishbone diagram.

Be sure to include the following:

1. A copy of the completed tool that you used in responding to the question,

2. along with an analysis of the data illustrated in the tool/ diagram/ chart in terms of what inferences you can make regarding the scenario.

3. Also comment on how you approached setting up the tool and what was easy vs. difficult in using the tool.
