The task for this phase is to develop a performance management plan for

return processor. This should include identifying key performance areas, a

defined process $($i$.$e$.$ who conducts the reviews, levels of review$/$approval and timing of

the process $$ ad hoc $$check in$$s$,$ quarterly, annual, etc.$)$ and an example of a formal

review document $($i$.$e$.$ performance evaluation form$).$

Phase II: Identify how will you evaluate the success of your performance management

plans, including both quantitative and qualitative measures.
