Nowadays. e-commerce systems are becoming more and more popular. which allows to exploit its importance's with opportunities for retail business. Select any retail business for this assignment and provide details of implementation of e-commerce system. You and your group members will assume the role of Project Managers and leading hypothetical team of diverse individuals who have done this type of projects before. Follow the marking rubrics and support the findings where possible with references. The following is a suggested list of items you should include in your assignment 2 report: Conceptualization Introduction, and complete project overview statement (POS), include its elements. POS attachments (Preliminary analysis only) - any one of the three o Feasibility studies o Cost/benefit analysis Breakeven analysis Project Charter - One objective of the project is alignment to current system in place. Planning . Define all of the work of the project - Work-breakdown Structure (WBS) for all the activities in the project (minimum 26 activities) with necessary tables. Estimate the resources required to complete the work and their costs - Human resource: pay rates, Facilities, Equipment, Money, Materials o Prepare the Skills inventory (if not already available) which will show the staff and skills mapping o Prepare the Needs inventory which will show the activity and skills mapping O Combine the Needs inventory and Skills inventory to make the Staff Assignments . Estimate how long it will take to complete the activities/tasks (duration). Use SS dependency relationship at least 5 places and maximum SS6. Timeline the work - Gantt (must have parallel tasks of equal and unequal lengths, start-start relationship, milestones, one duration for the whole project) (assume start date at 1st May, 2023) Estimate the cost of the work (budget).
