The Team Event Plan will provide a blueprint to host a live on campus event at Durham ALC Building on Friday September $6,2024,$ to celebrate the mark the beginning of the new academic year. Teams will be assembled and communicated on $12$ July based on exam performance and affinity of event concept pitches. The Team Event Plan will incorporate $4$ core Event Management concepts from the textbook covering: Event Design & Production; Event Project Management; Event Marketing; and Post$-$Event Evaluation. These $4$ core concepts will be incorporated by way of direct quotes from the textbook followed by in$-$text citations with page numbers.
