The textbook describes two types of workplace climates:  defensive and supportive.  Provide one real life example of a defensive workplace climate and one real life example of a supportive workplace climate.  For both examples, use concepts from the book to describe why the climate was defensive and why the climate was supportive.  Circling back to Chapter One, explain how communication may change from one climate to the other.
