Now it is time for you to develop your own Personal Model of Supply Chain Management based on the best practices from the above lists and you are going to use a creative way to do this.

Imagine you are applying for the best job you ever thought you could have in a Supply Chain Management role (you may use a fictitious one but if you have a real one in mind, you may use that scenario). You are being told by a recruiter that the hiring Senior Management team has requested that you present to them a "10-15" minute PowerPoint presentation (8-10 slides) on why you are the "best fit" candidate for the job. To impress them, you need to show them that you have a good understanding of the best practices for successful and effective supply chain management.

In the presentation, they would like you to focus on the following:

• Your personal philosophy of effective Supply Chain Management
• The best practices of Sustaining and Implementing Supply Chain Management processes
• The importance of focusing on the best practices
• Why you are the best person for the job and please be convincing on this (this should be the 2^nd to last slide before the reference slide)
