The Top Ten shall be submitted to the professor using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet made up of four (4) columns as outlined below:

1. The first column will identify the provision and section of the contract
2. The second column will contain the current contract language
3. The third column will have the language in the proposal
4. The fourth column will have the "target", i.e. what you want to achieve through negotiations.

My Top Ten Negotiation Targets:

2.We would like to see andmake sure that employees understand that they need to discuss potential flextime arrangements with their supervisor first.

3.We would like to see and make sure that employees understand that their supervisor has the final say on whether or not a flextime arrangement is approved.

4.We would like to see andmake sure that employees understand that they may be asked to return to a standard work schedule at any time, without notice.

5.We would like to see and make sure that employees understand that they may be asked to work overtime, regardless of their flextime schedule.

6.We would like to see andmake sure that employees understand that their flextime arrangement may be suspended or cancelled at any time.

7.We would like to see andmake sure that employees understand that they need to depart from any flextime schedule to perform their jobs, if they are exempt employees.

8.We would like to see andmake sure that employees understand that they may be asked to work overtime, regardless of their flextime schedule.

9.We would like to see and make sure that employees understand that they need to follow the flextime policy and procedure in order to be eligible for flextime.

10.We would like to see and make sure that employees understand that they may be asked to return to a standard work schedule at any time, without notice.
