Create a Narrated Training Presentation

Let's apply the ideas from our class to this final project. As we've discussed, supervisors have many roles, but an important role is to develop employees. You'll do just that in your final presentation. You'll also showcase all you've learned this quarter.

Task

Research and create a training presentation that teaches or informs your classmates about the topic you have selected. You can choose a topic we've studied this quarter or a topic that we haven't studied. Consider techniques, strategies, dos and donts, or demonstrations. You decide your focus and the information to present.

Required Content

1. Up-to-date research for the presentation. You will work with our SCC librarian to make sure that you have current information. You can use our textbook as well.

2. A bibliography page with at least five citations. You can look up bibliography formatting on the Chicago Manual of Style OnlineLinks to an external site..

3. An international aspect must be included in the presentation. Consider how your topic would be approached by another culture, or how would you approach another culture. Consider diversity within the workforce as you incorporate this idea.
