The topics include Personality and Individual Differences, Decision Making, Groups & Teams, or motivation. Only one of the topics needs to be chosen and please include the link to the article.

For each of the Relevant Article Write Up \& Discussions you will need to find an article from a relevant and reputable (think EBDM information) business source such as but not limited to white papers from Deloitte , McKinsey Q uarterly G, etc. or popular press sources such as Forbes, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, are all good options. The articles you choose should strongly relate to one of the topics we have covered since Exam #1, so topics from chapters 5-10. Submit a one page, single spaced write up including name, source (link article in footer please) and date of article; a BRIEF summary of what the article is about. Then, develop a more significant analysis/discussion on how the article relates to a topic from class. Discuss how the article relates to the class by using what you know about Organizational Behavior so far by connecting what the article is saying to what we are learning in class. This is not simply summarizing what the article states....you must analyze what you read in the article and link it to what we have learned in class and highlight/explain this in your writing. Finally, at the end of the write up you can share an opinion on what you think is important for the learning of the class and what you think of the article and its relevance and/or significance to class AND/OR your's or other's individual development. Please use appropriate write techniques - sentence structure, paragraphs length and structure, etc
