1. The training objectives (1/2 1 page) - Based on r needs analysis, develop training objectives for hospital's workers' ( doctors and nurses) training program (min 6 objectives).
2. The trainers (1/2 page) - Describe who will be conducting the training for doctors and nurses and a brief rationale of why they were selected.
3. The training methods to be used (2-3 pages) Include a minimum of 3 training methods that are appropriate for the content, the characteristics of the trainees and for the objectives of the program. Explain the rationale for selecting the 3 different methods. A discussion of how practice will be incorporated into the design of the training program is included and how trainee motivation will be achieved. (2-3 Pages)
