The training professional's role that would be the most difficult, I think, would be that of the Human Resource Manager. Human Resource Managers must be well-trained and knowledgeable when deciding on who gets hired in the organization. Their final decision can make or break the company. They need to be knowledgeable of the quality of hires they seek. The easiest would be an executive assistant. This role does not require decision-making or responsibility since the expectation is simply working with the executive leader to handle administrative needs. a response to this statement
