The way to start his problem is to set up all the constraints that are present in the model. Such as for one of the constraints I know that all the airplanes have to add up to 142 and that they all have to be integers. And that there is an "IF" statement as a function for the model to be used for production setup cost, because if the time period has 0 airplanes then the production setup cost is 0. There are other constraints I would really appreciate some help with this. (This problem requires you to make up any numbers you need to except for the constraints.
