The way to start his problem is to set up all the constraints that are present in the model. Such as for one of the constraints I know that all the airplanes have to add up to 142 and that they all have to be integers. And that there is an "IF" statement as a function for the model to be used for production setup cost, because if the time period has 0 airplanes then the production setup cost is 0. There are other constraints I would really appreciate some help with this. (This problem requires you to make up any numbers you need to except for the constraints. Please do this in excel and use solver!!!!
