(20marks) 2. GTUC has introduced a new system of uploading results online for its faculty called the ERP system. This has necessitated a training a developing session for the faculty. Unfortunately, the management of the school is hesitant to embark on this training session with the reason that there is no money to pay for the resources that will be needed.
