There are four steps in this task. Please use this document to complete all tasks. You should type your responses below the following 4 steps. When you are done, upload it and submit it through Assignments. 1. Recall a specific recent experience in which you were a job candidate. Your experience may be one that resulted either in your being hired or being rejected for the job. If you have not had any experience as a job candidate, you should interview an individual who has had such an experience, and obtain the relevant information specified in all steps of the assignment. 2. Answer the single NPS question above. Your answer on the 0-10 scale should reflect your overall judgment of whether your experience as a job candidate would lead you to recommend the employer to a friend or colleague. 3. Now describe your experience as a job candidate, starting with your initial contact with the employer (e.g., company recruiter, job fair, internet job site, referral from friend or acquaintance, etc.), proceeding through the screening or pre-employment phase, if any, and on through the contact phase such as site visit or interview, and, if relevant, the job offer, your acceptance, and your onboarding experience. This description would ordinarily take two medium-length paragraphs. 4. Now give a brief evaluation of the positives and negatives of your job candidate experience. This is essentially an explanation of the overall NPS rating you gave in Step 2. What did you think the employer did well, and what not so well? If you were to give one recommendation to the employer to improve the recruitment and selection process, what would it be?
