There are several simple procedures that you do at the end of each month to create project reports for your boss. Rather than having to do these procedures manually, you are going to create a macro to automate them.

To record the macro,

On the __________ tab, in the Macros group, click the Macros button and then select _______________ to display the Record Macro dialog box.

The Record Macro dialog box appears

Type MonthlyReports as the Macro name and click OK.

Perform the commands you want included in the macro. When you are finished,
