There are three gas stations at one intersection in MetroCity. One or more of these has leaked, resulting in remediation costs of $$5$ million. The state environmental agency has filed a lawsuit against all three gas station owners to recoup these costs, but all sides have agreed to submit their data and evidence to participate in a process. This person will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each side's case and offer an opinion as to what would happen in court.
