There are three sphere quality. Those are quality control, quality assurance and quality management. These are play a very important role in the process. Each one plays a key role in each other. Quality Control is of three important parts of manufacturing. It is the step where the product is tested to make sure it meets the standards. Quality assurance is the process where you prevent mistakes and defects during the manufacturing process. This is a very important step as it helps avoid many problems before products are delivered to the consumer. Quality management is the process of overseeing the who production. Making sure the process is well setup and organized in order to avoid delays in the process.

You will see overlaying within all three as they all sync with each other and need each other for the production to function correctly. My personal role that I currently do is the quality management portion of my warehouse. It is my job for all departments to run smoothly and quality is management to meet company and consumer standards.
