There are three subnets on this network. The Local LAN and the Web Site LAN are running private IP subnets in the $10.$x$.$x$.$x space. The WAN uses a public subnet.

Both routers run NAT, but the router at the Web Site has permanently reserved any incoming connections to port $80$ to be forwarded to port $80$ at $10\mathrm{.}0\mathrm{.}0\mathrm{.}2/16$ inside their LAN. That way port numbers never have to be changed by NAT for packets going to port $80$ at the web site.
