There are two major stages in decision making/problem solving:

1. Problem definition stage
2. Problem solution stage

Address the following with respect to the decision-making, problem-solving model:

1. In the class we discussed many common mistakes people make in problem solving. Of those, identify one common mistake you make. Describe the mistake and what you do when you make it.
2. Describe what you can and will do going forward to make sure you don't make the mistake in the future.
