Individual Analysis
This analysis requires you to identify, define, and explain how ideas about how the course came "alive" during the small group project of working together with your team to understand and research the organization.
Define and explain three ideas or concepts highlighted in the textbook or the course materials that you saw applied to your teamwork.
For example if your team struggled with cohesiveness, analyze what happened and why this experience might be valuable to your future work with small groups at school or at work or with volunteer organizations.
Spend about 3-4 typed pages showcasing your knowledge of the concept, how it impacted your team (whether positively or negatively) how it impacts your life today and in the future.
The analysis of how textbook concepts were applied to your team is worth 80 points and is likely very different from anyone else on your team. This is permissible since this is an individual assignment. Be sure to cite your sources along the way.
Peer Critique
In addition to the analysis, provide a score out of 100 of each of your team members in regards to their participation and efforts during the semester as a team player.
