There are two segments that can align with our business model and customer base, those being a niche market and multi-sided platform.

A niche market aligns since the business deals with different and various cuisines in the market.

Niche marketing would theoretically require less money while providing the benefit of a successful campaign. Moreover, since we are a fledgling business, it can provide security while establishing our niche in the market.

A multi-sided platform would also work as it provides benefits for both the owners of the restaurant, and the restaurants customers.
