Landry Parker, Vice-President for Marketing, has conducted a member satisfaction survey for the past four years. In the survey, members rated their satisfaction with various aspects of the credit union, indicated their use of the internet and the FFFCU Web site and indicated various personal characteristics. Over 1000 members were surveyed each year.
The database results are from a sub-sample 406 respondents from the Downtown, Riverdale, The Heights, Palm City and South Town branch offices over the past four years.
