Bambina bakery has two special types of products; whole wheat baguette and no-knead bread. A whole wheat baguette requires 500gr of flour, 6gr of yeast and 3 hours of baking time, and a noknead bread requires 400gr of flour, 4gr of yeast and 6 hours for baking including resting time for longer fermentation. The profit for each of the two products on a per item basis is 5 TL for whole wheat baguette and 12 TL for no-knead bread. Bambina bakery has 24kg flour in the stock for this week and some yeast from the stock will expire and thus at least 180gr of yeast should be used within this week. The bakery works at most 18 hours per day including weekends. Besides, it has to meet a minimum production demand of 8 no-knead breads for loyal customers each week. Accordingly, the company has to decide how many of each of the products should be produced for maximizing its profit.
