Think about an instance when you were highly successful (or unsuccessful) in motivating somebody (ideally somebody you employed, if not other people are OK) to work towards an outcome you valued. First describe the situation, making sure that you keep company and individual names confidential. Then explain in light of what you learned in this module what made you a successful leader in this instance, or alternatively what caused you to fail and how it could have been fixed.
