You have studied many different kinds ofnon-market distributionmethods, including majority rule, contests, force, first-come/first-served, sharing equally, lottery, and personal characteristics.In this project, you will explore three of these types of non-market distribution methods.

Step 1) Choose three of the distribution methods listed above.There are seven kinds of methods listed, but you only have to choose three.


Step 2)

Write one paragraph, of at least a hundred words for each method you have chosen, explain each distribution method that you have chosen.In your response, be sure to answer the following questions:

  • Who receives the good or service from this distribution method?
  • Who does not receive the good or service?
  • What are the advantages of this method?
  • What are the disadvantages of this method?
  • Is this methodefficient(or not wasting resources)?Is itfair(or free from bias)?
  • Can your chosen method be used to distribute large amounts of goods and services to many people each day?Why or why not?
  • Find an example in the real world, such as in school, at the mall, or at home.
