These should be new ways of thinking or acting for you. What impact do you anticipate these changes will have on your effectiveness as a leader? At least one of these changes should take you outside your comfort zone, and for those please describe why it might be challenging for you to change. Be as specific as possible about each.

Briefly write about the following two aspects of an organization or group that you know well or that you would like to start up: a$)$ its general purpose $(3-5$ sentences$),$ and b$)$ a vision statement utilizing the aspects of strong vision statements discussed in class.

$3.$ Imagine someone important $($e$.$g$.,$ a boss$)$ has asked you to design an incentive system for a specific role in the same organization$/$group from #$2.$ They also intend to evaluate you based on the incentive systems potential feasibility and alignment with the vision you developed. It should be based on the motivational principles discussed in class, including addressing both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
