This activity is important because as a manager, it is important to not only understand what we know about organizational behavior, but also how we know it$.$ Over the past several decades, researchers have learned a great deal about organizational behavior topics and the ultimate impact of these issues on company performance. Where did the knowledge about these topics come from? In many ways, the way we know about organizational behavior is not very different than the way we know anything else in life.
